FAITH PROMISE 2024
Our Connections Director, Naomi Dingle, welcomes the opportunity to share how Houston First Church of God is partnering with our 2024 Faith Promise Ministries and Organizations. Join us as we are going beyond the walls of HFC by actively supporting Faith Promise this year by volunteering and giving.
FAITH PROMISE is an exciting way to support redemptive Christian outreach beyond the walls of Houston First Church of God.
FAITH PROMISE is a personal covenant with God expressing your intention to give a specific amount to the support of missions.
FAITH PROMISE links your “promise” to give with your “faith” to believe that God will provide.
The Faith Promise Plan, based on the teaching of Paul in 2 Corinthians 8-9, is summed up in the apostle’s testimony concerning the Christians at Macedonia:
“For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability.”

Where might Faith Promise money come from?
Money Unusually Attained! A pay raise, promotion, bonus, overtime pay, a hobby, an inheritance, a gift.
Money Deliberately Retained! Changed priorities, denying a luxury, delaying a purchase, fasting a meal.
Money Surprising Regained! Tax Refund, investment return, insurance refund, repaid debt, coupons, rebates.
Money Intentionally Maintained! Commitment to regular giving, trusting God to supply.
