PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT REGISTERING TO VOTE AT THE SPECIAL CALLED BUSINESS MEETING. This is just an RSVP for a time to process together.

Don't see the event that you wanted to register for?

That means no registration is required (for example: Community group members do not need to register for their own group. Youth do not need to register for youth group, etc. ) Have a question? Just let us know and we can help direct you.

RSVP to attend a time to process:

In order to vote at the special called business meeting on Sunday May 3rd, you will need to be registered to vote.

If you already registered in the fall of 2025 for the Annual Business Meeting, you do NOT need to register again.

If you are not sure if you registered, please email us at info@hfcog.org and we can check.

You MUST be registered in order to vote. Register by Wednesday April 29th. Registration will close Wednesday evening on April 29th.

No late registrations; no day-of registrations. No exceptions.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have worshipped and participated with some degree of regularity for at least 6 months prior to the meeting.

Must support the church in prayer, tithes, and offerings and with other financial support as the Lord enables; and in accordance with Biblical commands.

Must be in harmony with the local church and live in accordance with the general standards of Christian conduct as interpreted by this congregation and its leadership.

Must accept the fellowship of, and cooperate with, the General Assembly of the Church of God, headquartered in Anderson, Indiana.

I hereby confirm that I am in compliance with the above requirements; therefore request to be added to the voting roster for the upcoming annual meeting.
