Hello parents, here you will find important information regarding payments, lodging, convention location, etc.
Student Payments
Click the link below to pay the $250 per-student fee. Remember to send me (Pastor David) a screenshot once you have submitted payment for my records, as I don't receive payment notifications.
Even if you are making payments, send me that screenshot, it makes it easier to know how much we can spend!
Departure & Arrival Times
- Leaving Sunday, June 28 at 6:30 am (Please be here before 6:30 am ready to go)
- We come back Friday, July 3rd, around 10-11 pm
- Join our HFC parents' "GroupMe app", I will text live updates to give everyone accurate times
- Make sure to download the App to get access.
IYC Waiver
WAIVERS ARE ONLY REQUIRED FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL BE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 AT THE BEGINNING OF IYC –JUNE 29, 2026.

Where are we staying!!
Your group's team color is BLUE.
These teams will be part of several exciting elements throughout the week, including special on-stage competitions before our Main Sessions. Team members will have opportunities to represent their color, earn bragging rights, and help create an incredible atmosphere as we gather together.

Tuesday: Decade night (choose a decade)

Sun
All day travel
We leave at 6:30 am, wear comfortable clothes
Mon
Kings Island & 1st Conference
We will go to an Amusement Park from 10am to 6pm, and then join the conference at 7pm.
Tue
IYC all day
All day conference and students-only sessions
Wed
IYC all day
(3 hrs of community work)
We will be working at a local park (Cleaning, mulching, gardening, etc)
Thu
Last conference & Pool party
Once IYC is over, we will enjoy our last day in OH with a Pool Party.
Fri
All day Travel
We should arrive around 10-11pm, wear comfortable clothes

Trip Questions
Does my child need money.
Yes & No. We will cover food (breakfast, lunch, & dinner).
We will stop at many gas stations and shops along the way. It would probably be good if your student had some money with them.
How much to pack.
For 6 days, very important note: on Sunday & Friday, while we drive/travel, students will carry their luggage on their laps or store it under their seats.
Does the house have a washer & dryer
Yes, we made sure the house was equipped with a washer and dryer so that your students don't have to bring all of their closets. :)
Dress code
From IYC leaders: We expect students and leaders to dress in a way that is respectful and honoring to God.
